回答这个问题之前要知道为什么HR需要我们做英语自我介绍。
第一是看我们整体状态，第二是考验我们的英语能力，第三则是自信程度。
虽然自信状态排在第三，但是重要程度是第一！！
一个不自信的人，又怎么能够做好工作呢？
所以不需要把英语能力看得太重要，语言的本质就是用来沟通的嘛，句式不需要有多华丽，把自己的意思表达清楚就好了。
01 一个公式
请记住这个公式：「one+one+three」
1.「One」：Who am I？2.「One」：What are my advantages？3.「Three」：Why I choose this job？
这个公式基本涵盖了所有的内容，其实英文自我介绍主要是「要点」+「补充」
「要点」就是你想要跟HR强调的点。
「补充」则是CV中没有体现出来的信息，比如你的GPA是90.44，但是班级排名没有写在CV上，这个时候你就可以用英文介绍排名了。
套用公式求职「海外运营」怎么弄？
以下给出模板：
Hello， I will introduce myself from three questions.
Firstly， Who am I?
My name is Xiaoli， you can call me by my English name: Candy.
The second question is: Why I choose this job?
Because I can bear hardships and use English skills to talk with foreigners， I believe I am a good fit for this position.
Last but not least: What are my advantages?
I will tell you three points.
The first one is excellent communication skills. Once I was a volunteer leader in school， my duty was talking with principals and group members.
The second is good English skills. As I wrote in my CV， my IELTS score is 7.5 and I won the second prize in the English Speaking Contest in 2019.
The final point is a great learning skill. My GPA was among the top 3 in my class， and I like to read books about ‘E-commerce operation‘ in my spare time.

02 两个方法1.练习
怎么练习呢？
必须经历3个步骤：「读」——「背」——「听」
「读」要大声，「背」要背到像平时说话一样自然，而「听」则是「复述」+「微信语音回听」+「纠正」。
之前我也试过手机下载录音APP或是使用手机自带的录音软件，但是都没有微信语言好使。
你录个音之后可以直接点击回听，但是其他软件还得存储后调用，太麻烦了。
不过各位小伙伴要注意：单条微信语言时长只有1分钟。
这里重点强调一下「复述」和「纠正」
「复述」：看看有没有更好的表达，如果死记硬背的话肯定会不自然，只有当你理解了意思，然后复述出来，它们才是你自己的东西。
「纠正」：多余用词的以及你的口头禅。
2.模拟
光练不模拟，那就等着嗝屁吧。
等你练得差不多了，就可以找你的父母、好朋友进行模拟练习，因为你自己对着手机说和你对着别人说是不一样的。
